Always a highlight of the Summer exhibitions calendar, this year the Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual show features an incredible 22 CBPP members who have, between them, contributed over 40 individual works. Runs 8th -17th May at the Mall Galleries. 10am - 5pm daily. Admission £6 (concessions available).
The RP is also running a programme of special events at the Mall Galleries throughout the show. CBPP member Lucy Stopford is hosting a free artist demo at 2pm on 16th May, while Tim Benson appears at a special ’in conversation’ event at 3.30 the following day, with his friend and portrait sitter, actor and activist Adam Pearson.
